free outbound shipping on orders $100 and higher. 
For orders $50 to $100, we charge a flat fee of $8, 
and below $50, a flat fee of $6. 

In the case of returns, however, we require buyers to cover the cost,
and ask that all merchandise be returned
in its original packaging, in the condition in which it was received. 
The window of returns is within 30 days of receipt. 

In the case of damaged or defective merchandise, we will
gladly cover all costs in ensuring a proper replacement. 

If you place an order early in the day, we will likely ship the same day.
But orders that come late afternoon are often held until the following morning.
Our orders can take 3 to 5 days for delivery, depending on your zip code.
